Boisson Winter Shipping Policy

As a beverage retailer, we have to consider a number of factors and shipping conditions as we make every attempt to deliver your package quickly. Because our products do not contain alcohol, they are even more susceptible to the below-freezing temperatures many parts of this country experience during winter months. Along with our carriers, we closely monitor the weather to determine the best windows to ship your orders. Please note that this may result in some shipping delays so we can get your product to you safely.

Packages being shipped via ground during cold weather months include a $2.00 charge for additional materials used to help reduce the chances of product becoming damaged from weather conditions. As an extra layer of protection, all orders come with Onward insurance in the event that our cold weather packaging fails to prevent damage to products.

At Boisson, we believe that being transparent is the best way to keep our customers informed. While we are taking all of the necessary steps to protect your order and products, unfortunate circumstances due to cold weather may still occur. Should any contents become damaged, please reach out to our team at our Help Center to have a replacement sent immediately.
