I could get used to this

Way better than I expected...but remember you have to adjust your expectations. I really like it!

Love this product

It is hard to find a tequila-like product that is not mescal/smokey. This is nice and smooth. It does not have the burn of a tequila (which is why I think others use mezcal), but it makes a great drink with lime juice and orange "liquor", or is great on the rocks. This is a favorite of mine.

Good, but lacking in burn and weight.

This stuff is good - it's fine for quick sipping and to mix (although expensive for that purpose). I think a stronger pepper/capsaicin element would help a great deal. The nose and color are spot on, and the packaging is lovely. It is perhaps slightly sweeter than FreeSpirits version (which, along with Mockingbird, is my favorite non-alcoholic "tequila"). I would dispense with trying to create the reposado color, and focus more intently on the strength/burn through capsaicin or other plant based ingredients. I suppose that is easier to suggest than do, but nonetheless... I recommend Mockingbird as long as there is understanding of the sweetness and lack of complexity. Add lime.
