Our amazing mixologist will guide you through the creation of three distinct cocktails, while we venture into the fields to harvest our own herbs and edible flowers for stunning garnishes… Can you think of anything more summery?

The Story of Amber Waves Farm Creation
Amber Waves Farm traces its roots back to an apprenticeship that blossomed into a profound friendship, igniting a shared dream of nourishing the local community. The journey began in 2008 when Amanda Merrow and Katie Baldwin participated in an apprenticeship program led by poet farmer Scott Chaskey. After a year of immersing their hands in the fertile soil of Amagansett, they fell deeply in love with the work and the land, and with unwavering commitment, they set out to make their dream a reality.In 2009, their vision materialized when they secured a three-year lease on seven acres of conserved farmland behind the iconic Amagansett Farmers Market. The proximity to the ocean and the influence of the surrounding water on the soil and terroir captivated them. The farm, just a stone's throw from the ocean, was christened Amber Waves Farm as a testament to the remarkable flavors imparted by the unique location.
Today, Amber Waves Farm stretches across nearly 30 acres, encompassing fields in Amagansett and East Hampton. With an ever-growing team of farmers, educators, cooks, and market staff, Amber Waves is poised to become one of the premier educational farm operations in the country. Notably, Amber Waves Farm operates as a nonprofit organization, continuously striving to bring the beauty of sustainable agriculture, education, and delicious, locally sourced food to the forefront. Together, we embark on this exciting partnership, dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences that celebrate the joys of nature's bounty and the cherished moments spent together.
